-One Year Labor Warranty
-Three Years Limited Parts Warranty
-Life Time Motor Warranty
1.Conditions:
1) The effective date starts from the purchase date printed on invoice
2) This warranty does not cover commercial use
3) This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental, sabotage, or environmental restrictions
2.Procedure:
If the above conditions are met, you can contact the technicians to make an appointment for repair
Customer complaints and maintenance procedure:
1) After receiving the customer complaint and maintenance fault report, the manager/After-sales supervisor will reply within 24 hours.
2) The staff of Fotile Canada consults the maintenance personnel to determine the cause of the failure and propose a reasonable solution within 2 business days and make a repair appointment.
3) Prepares spare parts for maintenance personnel and reserves an on-site service within 3 to 5 business days.
